Linguaskill Anywhere from Cambridge is a fast, AI-powered online English test that evaluates writing, speaking, reading, and listening skills in three modules. Results are available within 5 to 7 business days after test completion, upon receipt of test takers' confirmation email. Trusted by educational institutions, companies, and individuals worldwide, Linguaskill Anywhere provides a flexible and recognised proof of English proficiency, ideal for job applications, academic purposes, and personal use. Two versions of the Linguaskill test are available, differing only in content:

Linguaskill General – Covers everyday English for private and professional use, with topics like learning, work, future plans, travel, and technology.
Linguaskill Business – Focuses on Business English, including topics like sales, office settings, business travel, and human resources.

Book the Test

Upon successful booking and payment for the Linguaskill test, you will receive all test information within 5 to 7 business days. Inquiries are processed during office hours, Monday to Friday.

Important Test Requirements

ID Requirement: only a passport or government-issued ID card are accepted and must be presented during the test.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be located in Germany or Austria at the time of testing. By registering and booking, candidates agree to take the test within Germany or Austria and to adhere to all examination regulations. Your IP address must show a German or Austrian location. Test results may be withheld if these requirements are not met.

You will receive an access link to the test portal, along with a detailed setup guide. To take the test at home, you will need: a quiet room, a computer with internet access, and a microphone and headphones. The minimum age requirement is 16.

Linguaskill Test Results

Linguaskill test results are provided within 5 to 7 working days upon test completion, i.e. email from the test taker. Linguaskill has been extensively researched and tested to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results. Results are based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), the international benchmark for describing language ability. Linguaskill results are presented in a clear Test Report including
